Smudging has been used since ancient times for healing and to clearing spaces of negativity.

How to use your Smudge Stick:

Simply light the sage and either allow the crystal to sit in the smoke and pass it through the smoke. All crystals can be cleansed by being surrounded by the smoke from a sage smudge stick . this method is especially useful for large crystals or for cleansing several crystals at once.
